These terms cover your purchase and use of Clarify Your Brain, a pre-built digital Obsidian vault sold at clarifyyourbrain.com. Buying the product means you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide things.
A digital product: a downloadable folder of files (notes, templates, and prompts) designed to be used with the free Obsidian app and, optionally, an AI assistant such as Claude. Delivery is instant by download link and backup email. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the version you bought and any updates we choose to release. There is no subscription.
Your purchase gives you a personal, lifetime license to use the vault for yourself, on any of your own devices, and to modify it however you like. It does not permit you to:

Obsidian and Claude are separate products from separate companies, with their own terms and pricing. We are not affiliated with Obsidian or Anthropic, and we can't control changes they make. The vault helps on its own, but its AI features depend on you having access to an AI assistant.
Clarify Your Brain is an organizational system. We make no promises about income, business results, follower growth, or life outcomes. Any results shown on the site (views, revenue, screenshots) are our own real numbers, shared as our experience, not as a prediction of yours. What you achieve depends on what you do with the system.

The product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss on your own devices, or issues caused by third-party software.
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. The date at the top always tells you when they were last touched.
