Privacy Policy

Clarify Your Brain ("we", "I") sells a pre-built digital vault. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site or buy the product, and what happens to it. The short version: your vault and everything you put in it lives on your computer and never touches us. The only personal data we handle is what's needed to sell, deliver, and improve the product.

What we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We never see or store your card number.
• Analytics. We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible, Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages work. These do not build personal profiles.
• Advertising data. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to purchases. This can include ad click identifiers, and for purchases, a hashed (unreadable) version of your email and name used only for matching. See Meta's privacy policy.
• Email. If you buy, your email address is added to our email list to deliver your download and send occasional product emails.

What we do with it

• Deliver the product you bought, including a permanent download email.
• Send product and marketing emails, every one of which has a working unsubscribe link (per Canada's anti-spam law, CASL). Unsubscribing never affects your access to the product.
• Measure ads and site performance.
• Process refunds under our refund policy.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• See the contents of your vault. It's files on your device. Your conversations with Claude are governed by Anthropic's privacy policy, not ours.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Netlify (site hosting), Meta (ad measurement), Plausible and Cloudflare (analytics), and our email provider (delivery and marketing emails). Each processes only what it needs for its job, under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your rights

Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to show you or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing trent@trentscales.com. We'll act on it within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember an ad click identifier so purchases can be matched to ads, and the Meta Pixel sets its standard cookies. Our analytics tools are cookieless.
